I agree that all above information is accurate and understand incase of an emergency ChrissysPetParlour may be required to contact my vet. I acknowledge small minor cuts may occur when working with animals.

I understand I am required to update my contact details if changed. ChrissysPetParlour is not at fault if they haven't been able to send me a 3-day reminder text due to not being given updated contact details. I also understand I am required to keep note of any bookings and ChrissysPetParlour will not be at fault for any reason I didn't receive a 3-day reminder due to techniqual issues.

Following the ‘Animal Welfare Act 2006’ I understand ChrissysPetParlour will not cause any pain or discomfort to my pet and any severely matted coats will be shaven. I understand shaving the coat close to the skin may cause some irritation, my desired groom may not be achievable and minor cuts may occur when removing matts, ChrissysPetParlour will not be held responsible.

All products used by ChrissysPetParlour are all natural, however I do understand any products used can still sometimes cause skin irritations. ChrissysPetParlour will not be held responsible if any skin allergies or reactions occur.

I agree if any fleas are found during my pets visit at ChrissysPetParlour they may use the required medicated flea shampoo to prevent any spread of fleas. This shampoo is an additional cost of £3 which I agree to add if needed.

I understand failure to show to my appointment or cancelling less than 48hours notice will occur a £15-20 fee depending on size of booking to cover the missed appointment costs and must be paid before re-booking.

I understand as a new customer/returning customer who hasn't visited ChrissysPetParlour in over 6 months, I must pay a £15-£20 deposit for my first visit to secure the booking. I understand the deposit will be taken out of the remaining payment, I also understand the deposit is non refundable or transferable for cancellations less than 48hours or no shows.

I understand ChrissysPetParlour has a 3 strike rule. No showing or cancelling less than 48hours a total of 3 times, I will be required to pay £15-20 deposit on all future bookings.

I understand if I am not happy with the groom I must inform ChrissysPetParlour within 48hours which will be fixed free of charge. I understand any required changes to my pets groom after 48hour may occur an additional charge.

I understand ChrissysPetParlour has the right to refuse service if they feel its at my pets or their staffs safety. I understand any part service completed will be charged, even if the full service hasn't been completed due to my pets/their staffs safety.

I understand I must inform ChrissysPetParlour if I believe my pet may be pregnant. I understand ChrissysPetParlour will not under any circumstance groom a pregnant dog, the groom will be cancelled and re-arrange after the puppies have weaned.
